Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Your order ships once payment clears.
Order Acceptance
We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.

We do our best to describe every tea accurately, but slight natural variations in color and flavor are part of small-batch charm.
Intellectual Property
The Pixel Leaf name, logo, pixel artwork, product names, photography, and site content are our original work and are protected by law. Please enjoy them here — not on your own storefront.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Leaf Tea isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Shipping issues are covered by our Shipping Information page, and refunds by our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Georgia.
